We were throughly impressed with the service we received. First time in store and shoppers at Saatva. Cruz assisted us and was very helpful and informative. Denise was the Saatva rep. who helped us. First she was very welcoming and so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and helped us with our needs. We had taken the Saatva mattress test. That test recommended the classic mattress but, that mattress did not work for us. With some questions Denise asked, she was able to recommended a different mattress which turned out to be the right one for us. Denise has a great personality and so easy to work with. Thank you for all our help!
