Do not ever purchase a mattress from this company. I have no idea how they have an A+ rating. Their mattresses are of very low quality and is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I felt compelled to post this review b/c I do not want any one else to be fooled by all the positive online reviews. I haven't had a good night sleep since I bought it 1.5 years ago. We are shocked by this review. The consumer called us this morning claiming to feel a general lack of support on her almost two-year-old mattress. While likely a subjective comfort matter, our representative offered to replace the mattress with a brand new one at no charge, in full accordance with our warranty, without inspection. The customer refused and threatened to write negatively about us if we did not send her a refund (which she is not entitled to). I am so disappointed in not being able to get the Saavata mattress in ******** ******** ***** *** ********I really would like to purchase this mattress as I did a lot of research on it and feel the mattress is the right one for me. I am elderly and have no way of getting the mattress from ********The person I talked to was very nice but couldn't help me because they don't ship north of ********I hope that can change soon as I have to get a new mattress.
