The shop owners paid me a good price for an 18k gold necklace and ring. I had researched the price of gold so found them to be very honest. Julio also restrung and slightly shortened a pearl necklace my parents had given me many years ago. He did a beautiful job. Julio and Justine did not pressure me during our discussions but were personable and, most importantly, professional.
Highly recommend! My husband lost his wedding ring almost half a year ago (thank you insurance company for dragging it out that long) but the staff here were so patient with the whole ordeal. Resized and polished both his and mine, plus a chain for one of my favorite charms that I no longer had one for so I can now wear it again. They even added a gorgeous bracelet I never even knew I'd want to match the custom earrings they made for me, which are still the best pair I own.
