Massage with Saraí Goodwin is good for the body and soul. Every session brings increased range of motion and pain relief as Saraí helps me avoid a frozen shoulder with her release techniques. I appreciate that she always sends me away with additional ways to work on my strength and flexibility keeping my recovery going between visits. The new location at 6981 E Saanich Rd, has easy parking both in front and behind the facility. It’s a beautiful space, easy to get to.
