The doctor lied to me and told me that the insurance company would only cover virtual visits. I checked with my insurance company and they told me they covered in person visits. Virtual and in person was up to the Doctor and Patient. The insurance company did not have a preferance and paid for either. I didn't feel comfortable with Dr Hose Vera and he was also hard to understand. (Broken english.)
