I have been a patient at this practice for four years. During my primary physician’s leave, I was seen by Dr. Saad. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. His approach reflected a lack of care and professionalism, raising serious concerns about his competence. I would strongly advise others to avoid scheduling with him.

The doctor apparently told front desk that "he can't help me and to go to a different specialist" This was despite being discharged from the ER few days prior and being recommended to go to a PCP if things didn't get better. My usual PCP wasn't available, and Dr Shaukat was the only one available for the particular day, so I was stuck with him.
