Dr Saad is awesome. They do have a student answering the phone for appts. Very rude and short with people. I think she definitely needs training on how to talk to patients
Honestly, I would review less than one star if I could. I had a problem with retrieving an auth for medicine that this Dr prescribed. Dealing with this office staff has honestly been some of thee most awful patient service that I have ever experienced from a medical office. The staff is not knowledgeable and even less helpful. They were defensive and rude! The office manager was no help and failed to follow through or return calls. This place is horrible! Very unwelcoming very unprofessional. I had a pending prescription since October. It’s now mid December. I’ve called two times and have never received a call back. When I asked why nobody calls me back to give me an update they say it’s a courtesy that they don’t have to. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.
Waited over an hour past scheduled appointment without being informed of delay, then offered an option to reschedule 6 months later. I have a regular job and now lost wages as a result.
