Super charismatic as a doctor. Nice guy but appointments are consistently overbooked and at least an hour past appointment time. Despite his friendly facade he bulldozes through the appointment disregarding any discrepancies with his preconceived notions. I don't fit in the box of what he expects so I had to prove to him I did not have the symptoms he assumed. I had the same experience as the others with the office staff. They are worthless and hopeless. Dr Saad needs to do something about his staff. I m sure Dr Saad can find more descent staff and knowledgeable. I called the office numerous times and left many messages to reschedule but, no one has called me back. I went over to Dr Saad office to find out why I never got the call back. i called 45 times, four and five. first call was answered and I was told to call back. Okay, that's fine. called a couple more times, answered but I got hung up on after 50 seconds, and before I could schedule my FIRST appointment, the entire reason of my call. This is my first time EVER reaching out, I was calling for 35 + minutes. I didn't get put on hold until the entire staff went out to lunch and were unable to do anything on their computers until 1pm.
