My car was repaired quickly and delivered when promised.
He's always accommodating, and doesn't mind the pop ins. The best of all is, he never pushes a repair on you. He ALWAYS tries to find ways to save you money on repairs. If you end up actually needing a repair, it's very reasonably priced and you never feel you've been ripped off or had.
good job – Saab Tech been my Saab mechanic for many years now. They were recommended to me by a parent of my daughter's friend that gave them the highest praises.That was when my daughter was in Kindergarten, she is now in her 11th grade.. you do the math. At the time I had a 1988 SPG and it ran like a top and continued running just a smooth as the day it was purchased, with the help this company.
I've always had troubles with mechanics and could never find a good one. This felt to me like a sign from heaven, I'm not religious mind you. Literally, it was a sign that said Saab Tech Inc.!!! or it might have been flipped. Just what the doctor ordered.
Fast and efficient – Quick and easy, the service was spot on. They took my resonator off my Saab in no time and the rate was not bad.
nice job. – They've been the only place to work on my 1992 Saab 900 since July 2004. Repair costs are low and the great advice is free. Overall the service on the car has been outstanding and less than I was used to paying in Des Moines.
Experts – These guys are the experts. They are friendly, honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, experienced, reasonable and fast. I couldn't ask anything more from a shop and I'll be giving them all my business. I'll be recommending them to everyone.
