We have used SAAB multiple times and they are fantastic. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They want you to feel good about the work and will answer any and all questions. Highly recommend!
I called shortly after 5pm on a weekday and requested an after hours call and agreed to $180 per hour rate. I had a 2nd floor leak that was pouring out through my light fixtures. They called me back 15 hours later to try to schedule a plumber in a few days. Don’t bother calling if you actually have an emergency.

Hired Saab to came replace an oil gauge on my oil tank that was faulty. Called them twice while under warranty to tell them it was not working, the gauge was saying we had a 1/4 tank left when it was empty. Both times they came out and said it was fine despite me having to pay the oil company an emergency fee to deliver. It happened again ( the third time) and now they said it’s not the right gauge for the tank. Dishonest company and poor work
