Bottom line: unprofessional, not responsive, poor products. Back story: Scott is likeable, so that's why I tried to avoid writing a review. I gave him six months to resolve a problem he said he could easily resolve. His team did a great job sanding, staining and sealing our wood floors. Though he seemed a bit scattered, he was enjoyable to work with. Within a couple of weeks after finishing the job, the floors started to peal. Unprofessional, unresponsive. Makes appointments to honor warranty and complete punch list items and never shows. Sloppy work would never recommend them to anyone.

Scott is very knowledgeable and provides excellent guidance when purchasing wood flooring. He helped find the right choice, then he and his team did a great job with a professional installation. Price was fair as well. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
