I called Mr. Steven to come help me with low water pressure in my bathroom and also to install my new kitchen sink. I was very pleased with how Prompt and professional he was. He even helped me reset my lawn irrigation system and wouldn’t charge me for it. I recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be using them again.
Called one morning for new toilet install and Steven was able to work me in that day. When he called with time of arrival I asked him about another problem I was having and he said he would look at it to see if he could work it in also. The new toilet install looks great and he did fix the other problem that day also. The price was very reasonable. Will be calling him again.
Steven went beyond what was expected of his service. Courteous and polite. I'm getting Steven to do some upgrading to my house plumbing in a few days that I hadn't planned to do immediately because of expense but Steven made a very good recommendation that will work AND it will cut my cost dramatically. I'm very pleased.
I called Steven at 9:am and he was working on the faucet repair by 11:30 am the same morning. He called and discussed the issue with me and took care of the problem that day. I was very impressed with his service and his communication skills. I am very glad to find someone local to help me in the near future.
This experience as a first-time home buyer and dealing with someone working on our house has been a disaster. This man took our money no final receipt (I have requested twice now) and now the job is still not complete. We have been trying to get him to our house for 4 weeks to complete the job. We switched from electric to gas hot water. Since the pipeline has been ran by piedmont, we are in a contract with them or will be liable for the price of that work as well.
