I can’t believe no one will answer the phone. They want you to leave a message for call back yet no one calls back.
I dislike leaving a less than stellar review because I really appreciate Dr. Diaz and NP Fastner. Dr. Diaz has done a great job with the injections I have gotten and NP Fastner is fantastic. She is very compassionate and figured out a way to best utilize my medications and I’m always seen in a timely manner. They would get five stars. Dr Diaz and his staff are great. He is a great doctor and very down to earth. He has helped my pain tremendously.
Difficult to talk to someone on the phone. No one ever returns your call. It take 3+ weeks to get a refill on medications approved , even when the pharmacy requests it.
I’ve come here for a couple years to manage chronic pain. The doctors and the staff are compassionate people. They have helped me have a quality of life. I can exercise, garden, walk a couple miles and run my business . The key to success is to live a healthy lifestyle, eat the best you can. Walk daily, stop smoking etc. be an active part in your healing journey and they will help.
