I was scheduled here today, showed up as new pt 25min early was supposed to be 30. Sorry traffic. She told me I’d have to wait to see if the dr will even see me. Then I gave her my insurance, she the told me that BCBS doesn’t pay for a urinalysis that is 193.00. Ok I get it, but how about getting this information before I make an appointment. Not everyone has 193 dollars just for a urine sample. Like you wasted my time, my gas. I had to request off work. Then I can’t even see the dr. Now I have to go back to my primary care.... read more
Horrible horrible place!!!!!! The front desk was horrible to my mother and I witnessed them being rude and arguing with a cancer patient that asked a basic question. We ended taking our business elsewhere. This place needs to be reported and shut down ASAP! The front office is miserable and it shows…
If I could give 0 stars, I would. After multiple emails, phone calls, and even going into the office in person, I still have not received a follow-up. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. At this point, I’m cutting my losses and taking my business elsewhere. If you’re considering SA Pain, be aware that my experience has been one of poor customer service and no accountability.
Not happy with the front of house staff attitudes, mind you it’s my first time here and I’m not even the patient. Which should tell you all you need to know. The lack of professionalism is strong in a particular employee who has an exceptionally crappy attitude.
