Absolutely highly recommend this clinic if you need help with pain The doctor's listen take their time to understand what your needs are I truly feel like the doctor's and staff go out of their way to help and explain your personal treatment for your needs. I have been using SA Pain for 3 years and trust me your not just a number they truly care.
I want to Thank and recognize the following MA’s for their assistance with helping me get my migraine medication. Andres, Jesus and Gaby took more than 15 calls from my new prescription company who was requesting them to complete 2 separate faxed documents in order for my insurance to approve me getting my prescription on. a day I was having severe migraine pain. Let me add to the other poor reviews here. While the medical staff was professional, the customer service is non existent. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is a joke. And don't bother leaving a message, they never returned any of my 4 messages. They wanted to charge $140 to fill out a few blocks on my FMLA form. And when a records request from my primary was submitted, they said they don't expedite anything and can take up to 15 days to reply. This place is in real bad shape the place was really smelly. People coughing and blowing there noises everywhere.The front desk receptionist had a bad attitude WOW what a place I will never go back to this place Please clean it up too many germs....
