I called 5 times someone answers and hangs up
Here is the honest truth. The front and rear staff leave a lot to be desired. The ONE receptionist is overworked. She does know her stuff and can have the proper forms ready when needed. Part of the problem is that when people are checking in, they are often in pain and expect to be waited on hand and foot. Not that we shouldn't expect it, it's just there are so many. I've seen Dr. Gutenberg and Dr. Luo for almost a decade. They are great providers. As is PA Martinez. Gabby, who works with Dr Luo and PA Martinez is awesome. She's always available to help with appointment scheduling and ensuring clear communication between the office and patient.
Absolutely highly recommend this clinic if you need help with pain The doctor's listen take their time to understand what your needs are I truly feel like the doctor's and staff go out of their way to help and explain your personal treatment for your needs. I have been using SA Pain for 3 years and trust me your not just a number they truly care.
