I could’ve sworn I did a review on this clinic! I have been seeing Dr. Gutenberg for 12 years and the only issues I’ve had was with billing! After three pain Drs, Dr Gutenberg has been the only one who seems to care about my pain and me as an individual! She’s on top of it…..she’s not going to give you what she doesn’t think you need but she definitely takes care of you! The Dr's, staff and anyone anyone in-between are really fantastic. They've changed staff and people everywhere but still manage to keep the all around comfy awesome vibe. Dr Larina Gutenberg. PA Valdez. They make pain management more easy to deal with.
I've been with Dr. Diaz for years he's a wonderful doctor, surgeon and truly cares for his patients. Now the office staff, good luck! It's a hit or miss.... ALWAYS!
This clinic is extremely disorganized.I honestly don’t understand how they’re still operating this way. After two weeks of constantly calling and leaving voicemails, I was finally able to speak with someone to try to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I was repeatedly transferred. Only for the call to either drop or send me to another voicemail that was never returned. The entire experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. This clinic is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. The staff are a mess, most of them have no idea what is going on. The phones ARE NEVER ANSWERED. If you need them for questions or something for pre authorizations, anything really you’ll have to go in person. They don’t use their phones. Also be prepared to be treated like a druggie by everyone outside of your doctor. They all have attitudes, just a mess. Skip the headache and go somewhere else
