Used to go there faithfully. I always made appointments and usually had to wait a few minutes. The last straw was when I arrived punctual an usual was told it would be a few minutes which was ok then was told ' just a few more minutes'...then after 30 minutes was told 'a few more minutes-had to do an brow wax. That was it... told her that I had an appointment and it was now 40 minutes later. She told me that she had to do her business, which was a walk in. make sure you tell them what you plan on getting & how much it'll all be up front. i went in expecting to only pay $40 total for a new set & gel, got charged extra for the coffin shape & a simple design [two lines across my ring fingers]. i wld say worth the price, but probably won't be going back anytime soon. other than that though, service was great & the lady that helped me was fully attentive.
