I would highly recommend Jim, he helped me thru some very difficult memories with EMDR. Definitely try it with him, It Works!!
I wouldn’t recommend this therapist to young woman who have had trauma in their life. I found him to be insensitive to certain things I said. I felt uncomfortable and I’m disappointed this was my first experience in therapy.

Jim treated me for months while I struggled through childhood trauma, relationship trauma and sexual assault trauma. I was a mess when I came to him. He helped me in so many ways but the biggest factor that makes him stand above the other therapist I have received EMDR from, was how he pushed through my barriers.
