As much as I LOVE the Optometrist at this location, the receptionist is extremely rude. She talks over you, when she’s not talking down to you, and is condescending at best. I’m hoping that she’ll find a job that she really likes, because it’s evident that customer service is not her forte.
Wonderful experience.
