Unprofessional. I reached out in add, they called and I provided what I was looking for and the person on phone hung up mid conversation called later like 6hrs later and didn't take any notes from the conversation so called again following day finally too mnotes and then called 8x to set up appointment when I asked multiple times to text or email to set that up. Finally set up appointment they called to confirm that they will be coming next day and they never showed up - no call or anything.
