I went there for the first time recently. I called just before 9 AM and they said that there was availability for a pedicure. I arrived a few minutes later. Waited 15 minutes. A nail technician named Christine spent no more than 20 minutes doing the basic pedicure. The service was mediocre at best- no massage, no base coat. I could’ve done a better pedicure myself. I do not recommend going there. There are many other places in Redlands that are better. Di Milano Nails is one of them. You get what you pay for.

EDIT: I was contacted by Karen who offered to fix my set for free. It was explained to me that the result I had was a one off and everyone was very nice and accommodating to fix my nails! Karen was so so kind and down to earth and did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back for her services in the future! See the new photos for my new set. Thanks all! ♥️

I went here for the first time to get gel x extensions. I showed her the design I wanted (last image) and we decided together to do only the striped designs. Before she started painting she gave me color options. I chose the lighter stripe color and was shown two options for the darker stripes. I chose the one that closer matched the image but was told no and they used the darker color which you can see on my nails & is way darker than the image. Another 10 STARS!!! JoJo NAILED it again with the gold and opal design. OBSESSED!!! 10/10! JoJo NAILED IT! Probably the happiest I've ever been leaving a nail salon! Can't say enough good things! Love them! Amazing!
