This is by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve made appointments here twice, only to be kept waiting, and then told the owner would be the only one doing my nails. I specifically asked for Cindy—who has done a great job for me once or twice in the past—but I believe the owner wouldn’t allow it because Cindy charged me less last time. The ladies took care of me very well. And reinforced my nails to be stronger
I went there for the first time recently. I called just before 9 AM and they said that there was availability for a pedicure. I arrived a few minutes later. Waited 15 minutes. A nail technician named Christine spent no more than 20 minutes doing the basic pedicure. The service was mediocre at best- no massage, no base coat. I could’ve done a better pedicure myself. I do not recommend going there. There are many other places in Redlands that are better. Di Milano Nails is one of them. You get what you pay for.
EDIT: I was contacted by Karen who offered to fix my set for free. It was explained to me that the result I had was a one off and everyone was very nice and accommodating to fix my nails! Karen was so so kind and down to earth and did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back for her services in the future! See the new photos for my new set. Thanks all! ♥️
