Update: Dropping a Star. It’s been 2 years since we had our kitchen done and we have issues with 2 of our Cabinets and the footboard. I have tried to email, WhatsApp Gustavo directly, called numerous times, left voicemails and no one calls me back. I just wanted someone to come take a look and repair. They were efficient, affordable and on time, all the workers they sent (electrician, plumber, installer & countertop) were super friendly and respectful of our home. Cheapest of all the quotes we got and you get what you pay for. Kitchen is nice but with flaws. It’s unfortunate.
If you want to see your kitchen complete in less than a year, stay away from this company. They will promise 5 to 7 weeks to finish the kitchen. And it will take them over 7 months. Very slow to respond or repair. Always late to appointments except when they want their payments. Then they will show up at your house unannounced. We signed with them in May, 2024 and our kitchen is still not done in April, 2025. It is taking them 3 months to close out 5 tiny items at the end of the project. Do not recommend. The beginning of the process, incredible. Render and everything looks great, service great but a bit slow to respond. It all starts when executing and things don’t go as expected that you start seeing true colors. Design is sloppy and execution worse.. When things started going bad owner does not respond in a polite or professional manner. It appears that this family goes under a number of names at the same address. Our experience with the Father and Son team was unfortunate. They installed a kitchen promising a professional, useful, and aesthetically pleasing job. What we ended up with was an unprofessional, out of square, and disappointing job, with significant design and installation errors. After coming back and viewing the site, one of the owners said : "I will not fix it". We are considering legal options.
