I reached out to S2E Engineering as I was selling my home. Some structural issues had come up upon home inspection. John came out to the house, read the home inspection and the requests being asked of him. John then surveyed everything, while taking pictures. He walked me through everything he was looking at explaining his professional thoughts. John then left and compiled a report he then sent over via email. This rating is related to John's lacking human relation skills and not his engineering work. He went out to check on crack for a residential purchase. He was timely, thus the two stars. At the end, it was a very frustrating experience.
