I am going to take occupancy of a unit in this building. I found that the maintenance fee is already sky high even for a brand new building. Don't know why.
Please do not burn your hard earned money by buying from these builders "United Lands". The reason you haven't heard of them is because they operate under shell companies to avoid any litigations. Less than a few meters away they built Southdown towns and ask any of the owners there about the suboptimal finishes, lousy customer service, arrogant builders. Search for southdown towns reviews and you will see
