Charted lie on family members record based on looks and history(discriminated). Very unprofessional. No bedside manners very rued.
We waited months for this appointment, only to be met with immediate rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. This is not about “bedside manner.” The issue is how this physician used his documentation in a way that could cause real harm. My father has end-stage liver disease and has worked extremely hard to maintain sobriety in order to remain eligible for a liver transplant.
