Sales was fabulous. Delivery was terrible. Very rude males delivered appliances. When they were ready to leave they whistled for our attention. We asked them to leave the appliances in the garage. They left the dryer, however took the washer. When we called to question S&W where our washer was, they were unapologetic to the incident as well as to their employees customer service. Never again.
I just had Alex a service repair person come to my house. He is exceptional!! He was very polite and professional!! I can not say enough good things about the service!! I’m glad we bought from S&W!!
