Front door is broken and is a security issue. This building is badly maintained, has bad lighting and is ugly.
Worst management team, ever. Those who are employed here are incompetent and unhelpful. I could go on forever about the negative experience I had living on 34th Ave for 3 years, all because of a management team who doesn’t care at all about the residents living in their buildings. They would always say they will call you back but they never once did.
