RecommendedThey are the best collision center. Kevin works great to make sure that everything is complete and stays in contact with every update. Dis not expect that from a collision center from past experience . Very helpful, easy drop off and pick up. Great work done on my car after my sons accident. Impressed!
S&W Collision, Lufkin is amazing! They did a wonderful job on my aluminum F-150. They even found damage that we didn't see & went overboard to correct it before I picked it up. Kudos to Chris & the S & W team that took care of everything and followed up completely. If your vehicle needs repair, they return it to you looking New!

I had never used S&W until I was involved in a couple wrecks. The people working there are good people. I was given a loaner for a few days. This loaner allowed me to deliver backpacks filled with food to two campuses for children who needed food for the weekend. I was able to volunteer at CISC & CHI St Luke’s Memorial. S & W Expert Collision Repair definitely gets a THUMBS UP from me. Chris and Crew were 1st. Class customer Service from start to finish. This is not the first time I've used this establishment and it absolutely will NOT be my last — in Lufkin, Texas.
I will definitely be referring this business to anyone who needs repairs to their cars. I took my car in and they called each day to keep me up to date on the progress.
