If I could leave 10 stars, I would. This Family owned business has saved the day for me more times than I’d like to admit. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Jason, who is one of the sales reps is always helping me out sourcing the parts I need and getting me taken care. Not to mention the parts arrive to my shop next freaking day. I just got off the phone with Eldin and man am I surprised! This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a salvage yard! He was extremely professional, respectful and pleasant to deal with. I just found my go to guy.

About week and a half ago I purchased an Acura MDX engine . And turned out that they did no do both compression test and smoke test on the first engine I purchased. And said there are no refunds for it. Basically forced a sale without my consent and got me another engine. Never told me they were swapping the engine until I called them back. Bad customer service!
I recommend Jason. Great follow thru. I’ve dealt with him for many years at S & W. Always fast and courteous service! Always good parts and if I had a problem just call and follow his instruction and problem solved! Thank you Jason for the great service!
