Always friendly, always professional, always fix whatever problem our vehicles may be having. They explain everything to us, give us our options and go above and beyond to fix our vehicle in a timely manner! If you are looking for an honest shop...they are located a few buildings up from McDonalds on Clark Rd in Paradise! Why go to the rest, when you can take it to the best!
Had a throttle cable jam in my manual car on friday. Rpms were stuck at 2000. luckly i was able to drive it over there where brian imediately orderd the part. Brian was nice enough to come in early monday morning so he could instal it b4 i had to be at school. Best and most amazing service ive ever had. Thank you S&W so much.

Cant say enough good things about the team at S&W, especially Brian who took amazing care of me. Not only did he help me with setting up my new axles, but he was courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, and transparent throughout the whole process. I would recommend them again to anyone looking for top notch work in Northern California
I had a leak from my transmission and took it to S&W and they fixed my problem and they are very honest and did not charge me a arm and leg like a couple of other shops wanted to do and I will take my car to S&W for now on when I need work on it. Thanks S&W for fixing my problem and being so honest about it !!
