Horrible customer service. Very rude. Don’t be fooled. They sold my daughter her first car purchase. The transmission is shot and they cussed and hung up on her 83 year old grandpa trying to help. Should NOT have passed inspection. Contacting state police.
Family-owned Auto Sales and repairs. Christine Scollick cares and follows up without exception. This is a wonderful place to consider a vehicle and to come for repair work as well
Super affordable and they stand behind the work! I had taken my car to a different auto shop in Winchester and paid to have multiple parts removed, but unfortunately nothing fixed the issue. My car continued to break down on me and the owner of the other auto shop told me they could not do anything further to help me with my vehicle. I called Chris and explained what was going on and she thoroughly looked at everything and told me what was going on without sugarcoating it or trying to milk me for more and more money. Friendly yes, but was told the car had new brakes, and when checked out was told the car needed 2500-3000 worth of work, including brakes all around. I asked to take some money off… and was told that’s as low as they could go! Do not buy here!!
I do not know who Naveed Mirhosseini is. I have never done business with anyone by this name. We take all our cars to Firestone to be inspected every single time. We do not buy or sell cars with rust and we never do paint work to cover up anything. Shame on this person. We have been in business since 1982 and have a very loyal following.
