the worst service from this company, they managed my property until i saw some altered bills, they like to hire employees for property repairs and pay them cash then send to the owner another bill with a higher charge than what they actually paid for the repair. They are corrupt / There is no honesty in the workers, that's why I decided to change the company.
STS handles it all. From advertising, to screening potential clients, addressing any and all issues efficiently and with care, etc. Adam and his staff are extremely professional and easy to work with, not to mention cost effective with their management fees. Highly recommend them!
