The rug came back looking bright, soft, and even the damaged spots were barely noticeable. The staffs professionalism made me confident in their work. This Oriental rug cleaning and repair was top-notch.

DO NOT LET THEM CLEAN YOUR CARPET! I am not a complainer, but in this case, I had to. We were looking for someone to even out a recently cleaned spot in our bedroom carpet. I contacted them, explained our issue, and was quoted around $100 for service, so we ended up scheduling them to come out.
