With the humid summer days finally here, the house can be a little too stuffy for comfort. Our living room rug has started to look a little too dull for the season. I am so glad that I called this local Sterling team. They came to our house, loaded up, and came back a week later with our rug looking beautiful. The colors are vibrant and the rug smells wonderfully fresh. The staff was incredibly polite and made it easy for our family.

They took the time to test the vegetable dyes on my Turkish Kilim for colorfastness before doing the full wash. That extra step prevented any bleeding or migration of the dark reds into the cream sections. Truly professional technicians who respect the textile art.

My wool rug had been in storage and had some moth damage and dust buildup. STR Rug Cleaner cleaned it thoroughly and repaired the holes. The rug came back soft and fresh, and the damaged spots were repaired beautifully. Highly recommend for area rug cleaning and repair.
