I’ve literally not even left the parking lot right now and I’m so upset. Not only did I just pay $70 for nails that I could’ve done at my house with a Beatles gel ex kit but I am a nail biter who has struggled for years. My nails were long and hard and actually making immense progress and this man just chopped them all off and did not even ask. This is my 2nd time at this salon and both times were great. Today I had Hayley (?sp) and she was wonderful and very friendly. Took her time to throughly complete each step of my pedicure. I never felt rushed. My toenails look great and my feet and legs feel fantastic. I'll be back for a manicure and I will definitely be asking for Hayley.

Both my mother and myself got pedicures. I got someone who did not know what she was doing and was constantly being told what to do. The manager had to help after she inflicted a cutting object to cut my nail out! I screamed and got help. My mother had a pedicure that seemed to go well, unfortunately when we got home her feet were bleeding from too much scrubbing the callous off. I purchased the deluxe version $50 each and my mother got a manicure which was done very well. I left a tip for the manicure only! Never again!

New to the area and had been having my (gel) nails done for years at a great place in Cuyahoga Falls. Came here and had mani pedi and was great! Have gone 2 times for gel manicures since and a young gentleman did it and did the best job! Highly recommend!
