Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain the scope of the work he was performing and treated my home with respect. The service was completed quickly and thoroughly. I would certainly recommend this service in the future.
Very diligent diagnosing problem with our heat pump and was successful. Took the time to set everything up and ensure it was working properly and explained how to work the system for max efficiency....very pleased overall
We have had a very good experience with S&T. The staff has been very professional and knowledgeable in the maintenance for my air conditioner and my fireplace. We bought a fireplace about a year and a half ago and the salesman was able to guide us to the perfect one.I would recommend this company to anyone because of the service and professional way they do things.

Knowledgeable, methodical, clean, respectful young man, Terry, did all the checks on my furnace and my air conditioner. Then he showed me how to schedule my programmable thermostat (I had forgotten how and it is both cumbersome and has tiny tiny font). Answered my questions politely, told me what he needed when I asked and did a fine job. Now I know my equipment is in great shape for the winter and next summer. Setting up the appointment this week was a breeze as well when I called. Time out of my day? About 70 or 75 mins.
