Excelente servicio 🥰
We came at 2:15pm on a Friday to try and renew our policy. We understood that sometimes things happen and the agent was probably running late to open up again. We waited over an hour for them to see if maybe they would return and they did not. It’s unfortunate that we drove out here to run an errand and they couldn’t have the courtesy to leave an additional sign stating they wouldn’t return, we would’ve understood but instead they left us waiting for a very unfair amount of time.
Terrible service I have been in this company for more than 3 years but lately they never answer the phone and when they answer the phone they put you on hold for more than half an hour without answering you today I just needed to forward a copy of my policy to my email after more than two hours of calling and waiting I gave up I'll look for another company that if you care about your customers do a favor and don't waste your time
