The psychologists here deliver amazing work but its pretty clear the administration staff and managmnet just want your money. On multiple occasions, I have found myself overbooked, encouraged to schedule more sessions than I believe were clinically necessary, and at times have experienced staff interactions that felt dismissive or lacking adequate care for patient experience. Probably not a great place for your mental health and would suggest going elsewhere.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Simon Turmanis at ST&A Psychology and I cannot recommend their services enough. From my first session, I felt welcomed and supported. We recently had a drama with our son that needed some sound advice and the comfort we received as truly magnificent from the team. It was a real relief to have such a wonderful team to provide the care and knowledge to assist us in the difficult time.
I have done about 8 sessions with Dr Gerathy and have found him (and the clinic) to be extremely welcoming and attentive to my needs. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to find clarity and more confidence.
Caring, compassionate, flexible, accommodating and efficient from a service perspective. The team has been tremendously helpful and insightful in dealing with a range of traumas impacting our family. Highly recommend.
