I hit a pothole and blew out my tire and bent the wheel. I limped it to S&S and made it there right at closing time. They had the wheel and tire in stock and saved my night. Thanks !
Mr Kent is super kind and thorough, but the kids working with him are a really mess. They lost a couple of nuts of the wheels, they used one that did not fit and screwed the thread. Worst, went back home, checked the nut and it was loose. Sorry, but this kind of stuff are life threatening and these kids are not serious. Not going there again.
On my way to work and boom! Low tire pressure. When I arrived I was assisted immediately, questions were asked to find out specifically what the issue was. The guys took time to listen and thoroughly checked out ALL my tires and recalibrate my sensors. Yall are an awesome team you made me feel heard and resolved my concerns. That is something not always given to customers these days. When I return I'll be sure to bring yall something sweet! Many Thanks!
