Nice unit but poor communication. Also, they are deceptive to say the deposit is "refundable". They do not refund the $40 deposit. We used it for 1 small load of furniture for TWO days. It was not dirty.
I Called them and asked if they had any 40ft or 50ft open. The lady on the phone said yes they had one 40ft left. I asked her if I could put money down to hold it for one day till we could there and she said yes I can hold it for 24hrs with no money. The next morning we showed up at 9 30 and the lady told us it had been rented. My gf asked what was the hold for if it could be rented. Thought it was great until they refused to return husband's deposit after he cleaned the unit.
