Rude, short and overall terrible experience. Treats new customers with contempt and indifference. Owner needs to realize he's not the only RV repair shop around. Go elsewhere.
Had an appointment, loaded up & got there at 8:00 am as requested only to be told they now can’t take us today. No phone call from them, no apologies.

We had them come “fix” our fridge, 620 dollars later, it’s still not working! Now they say for 2100 + labor they can fix it? Husband asked them to just come take the new part out, that didn’t fix the problem and we would pay the labor, was told they couldn’t do that! So 620 dollars later, I still have no fridge! Really that’s how y’all do business? Disgraceful!
