Working with Steve and Zach on our bathroom remodel and mold removal was a pleasure. We are very happy with both projects. Their office staff is also very kind, responsive and professional. We particularly appreciated their conscientious oversight of the work progress and willingness to exchange incorrect items sent by the plumbing supplier (supplier’s error). The job was completed at a reasonable price and as scheduled. We would use them in the future for remodel projects.
The S&S crew is great! They are thorough, take pride in their work, and are able to work within budget and timelines. I'd recommend them to anyone.
We have used S&S for the past 10 years and we are highly satisfied. S&S renovated our kitchen which included a beautiful stone countertop for kitchen sink and cabinets, new tile, and new window installation. They also installed a new quartz for our bathroom countertop cabinets, two undermount ceramic sinks, and removal and installation of shower valve trim. Their work was phenomenal and the staff friendly and professional.
We are delighted with the shower floor and the two stone niche shelf revisions. Carlos and Antonio did exceptional work. We very much value their attention to details, their organization, and their neatness while the project was underway. They were great. We also especially appreciate the level of professionalism each of you shared with us. You all are doing great work, thanks again!
We had eight windows replaced as well as various spots of dry rot repaired on the exterior of our house. The owners, Steve and Zach, were conscientious and professional from our very first meeting, and throughout the entire project. Martin, the Project Manager, and the construction team were always on time or early, highly skilled, as well as professional and personable.
