For months on end, you have an unpaid loan with payday advance. NEVER, they keep threatening court, I tell them to send it, they call back within weeks. Keep changing or ghosting numbers, because I block everyone they use. If this was legit, they would have already taken it to court, I've even asked for original paperwork...NOT getting it.
Brenda provided excellent assistance regarding my college debt. Despite the time that had passed, she remained polite and guided me through the process professionally. I recommend her for anyone needing assistance.
Horrible customer service every. I don't know why and how the company keep such rude people.
