I am only putting 2 stars for reasons I will explain below. I had under $1500 of debt from my former university from when I withdrew to transfer in 2019 The debt got transferred to S&S. I had a very nice lady named Monica (I believe) calling me every month so I could make a payment. Hence the additional star. The school started offsetting my state taxes, cool! No problem. The man that called me was INCREDIBLY unprofessional, and incredibly rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Whoever that man is needs to be fired, that was ridiculous.
I do not owe them money. I do not want them to call me. I asked to be taken of this list. They continue to call me. I am guessing someone else who had my number owed money? They also have "kids" on their voicemails which is an insane business move. I wasn't going to leave a review until that happened. Using kids is never ok.
they keep calling me SHUT UP
They are calling me asking me to pay them for debt I have, but I am already paying that debt directly to my school, and my school has not sold off the debt. Clearly this company is a scam that somehow got my personal information.
