I had the pleasure of letting this company service my family to be honest with you they went above and beyond the call of duty not only did she consistently keep check on my mother she serviced us without a problem on short notice helped us get the house in order and Ms Lewis did pop up visits the staff was very professional and helpful still to this day we receive care packages although my mom is no longer her and the staff check in on me from time to time I think God sent this company to sw ga his self
My father used S&S until his last days here on earth and they was so helpful they always bent over backwards for my family if you need a health care company I would choose this 1 bc before they came into our lives our only option was a nursing home the provided 24 hr care and I truly appreciated the help I received
Nothing about this company's company mission statements or vision is true ! They are a bunch of liars and hyprocites so much so looking at the name of the people who rated this company are employees and even the owner. If not providing services for a partially bed bound client who wears diapers for 3 long days just because they can't properly staff and their excuse is we just don't have anybody to come shows compassion they clearly doesn't understand what compassion is. Customer service is great they are dependable and trustworthy and hardworking. I been doing business with this company for 3 years I am very satisfied with them they are very respectful and understanding to taking care of my son needs.
To say that they are angels would be an understatement the office manager Felicia was so concerned and Ms Lewis was very compassionate about her job any problems I have they handle it without having to wonder was it handled my sister love to see her aide coming and it really helps me out a lot thanks S and S we really appreciate you doing what you love
