They’re real good about getting you in to a unit but when they tell you they will give you your deposit back they won’t!! The office staff is rude and like they’re up there while you below them! Just rude! My storage unit was clean no trash however there was pollen! I’ve never left a mess anywhere I go I leave a place better!!! So don’t expect your deposit back as they nickel and dime you for everything.
Maybe we can get your attention this way. Since your staff refuses to transfer calls and hangs up on us, you have a past due in voice. That is needed to be paid. Roger Keller is non, responsive. The receptionist is very rude. If we don't get payment on this, we are going to continue to process this to collections. Please have your owner. Whoever is reading this reach out to us. This is infinity inc, we're happy to reverse our review, but it doesn't seem like I can get a hold of anybody to communicate with us
Staff not friendly. Asked Carly to speak with a manager she rudely said you can talk to me. Told her my situation and she blew me off. Tried to call back to speak with Roger the owner twice and no one answered.
Wish yall would put that sound and dust fence rap up yall.said u was going to do when u pit the new fences in... u have a huge neighborhood back here that has to deal with the noise and dust daily..we where told u was going to get that put up..and nothing have happened 10 yrs later... any news o. Helping ur neighborhood on getting those sound and dust proff fences!!!!!!
Hands down one of the best storage facilities.
