I have relied on S & S for years now and they never disappoint. The most recent example: This past Friday at midnight, before the three coldest days of the year so far ( sub freezing temps ), my furnace motor died. I called Josh. I had service early Saturday. Adam told me the bad news and informed me that the motor was not a common one and would likely need to be ordered with a projected installation date of the following Tuesday. Josh and the two men he brought out to service our furnace were so professional, personable, and efficient. He took the time to diagnose our older furnace and baseboards that would not heat up - he opened all valves, bled all lines, and checked for leaks to ensure the baseboards were running efficiently. Reached out to Josh when our out dated water heater started leaking. We received a response almost immediately and within a week, Josh and his crew installed a new tankless water heater for a great price. The install was done completely neat and professional. They also took the old unit with them and checked in to ensure everything was working properly. Would recommend this company for any and all plumbing/heating needs.
Josh and his guys did an excellent job. Had a whole new natural gas furnace and duct work installed. Very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!
We’ve used S&S previously & they were top notch. Our experience this last month or so has been below average (at best). Their communication (whether that be from the office or from technicians in our home) has lacked tremendously. I’m not sure who has even been in our home as they haven’t spoken a word to me. Our AC has been out for over a month- they were prompt to tell us what was wrong but it’s been downhill from there.
