If you believe these people will fix your car and make it brand new, you are kidding yourself. This is a chop shop, that uses cheap old products, that’s why things are done so fast. All their equipment are from 1990 and reuses all their supplies over and over again. They need to be investigated. Safety is not a priority. They treat their employees like crap and I hope BBB investigates them. I’m highly upset for their work.
I got rearended and came in for a repair. It was fixed within a week and looked brand new! My car bumber never looked so clean in Alaska! Thank you for the amazing service and work. These guys have a level of mastery to their craft. Highly recommend.
Song had an estimate prepared for me within half an hour of my coming in. He also gave me a repair time frame of 3 days and was true to his word. I can't even tell my right front fender was damaged and it looks brand new just like he said it would. Hopefully I won't need body work done again, but if I do I will definitely take it to S&S Paint and Auto body. Plus, it is a small family- locally owned business. Thank you Mr Song!
