Customer service was really good and the atmosphere was nice. My only complaint would be that it took an exceptionally long time from start to finish. But I do appreciate the attention to detail

I went here to get my nails done today and when I walked in someone said hi, I said hi and sat down. There was only 1 other person waiting. After 30 minutes I asked how long it would take and one of the nail techs said oh this girl has to finish that girls nails and this guy had to do this so maybe 15 more minutes. I waited longer and at that point it had been a whole hour that I was there. So I said excuse me how long is this going to take I’ve been here for an hour.
