I'm on the board at our condo association which had been suffering for several years due to poor property managing. The board made a decision about 6 years ago to find new management. After interviewing several companies we went with SS Maguire. Steve is a hands on guy, visits our property regularly, communicates with the owners and responds to calls or emails in a timely fashion. We have a better Property because of his guidance. I would highly recommend S.S Maguire Management.
As someone who already pays 350.00 a month for condo fees, I should not have to pay an additional 200.00 for a form to be filled out from my bank !!!!! The form is a basic document required to obtain a loan.
Our properties management agent is uncommunicative and cannot figure out how to make me able to pay my condo fees on line. I plan on reporting them to the BBB. If I could personally fire them I would. Also when I tried to find their CEO the only place I could find him was on LinkedIn. I am extremely unhappy with them.
SS Maguire has been very responsive, detail-driven, knowledgeable and reliable from the moment they took over our associations account. People claiming to be with S S Maguire Management tried to enter my apartment claiming they needed to make some measurements. They presented no identification and were either not properly wearing a mask or wearing no mask at all. Nobody was aware of this: not my landlord, not the front desk, no signs were placed in the building, and I certainly did not know about it. I do not like people showing up at my place unannounced. This behavior was highly unprofessional behavior and, needless to say, made a poor first impression.
