Never had a problem here before today. I appreciate them for writing my policy. Walked into their office on Monday April 24, 2017 and sat for 10 complete minutes and was never acknowledged! No good afternoon, how are you, how can we help you, someone will be with you shortly, NOTHING!!!!! I finally spoke up and said, "excuse me is there anyone available that can take my payment"? That kind of customer service grinds my gears!! Only takes a moment to politely greet your customers!!! Just a greeting!
