Kevin did not show up for a meeting he scheduled with me at the job site, for which I left work, then became defensive when called out on this inconvenience. Our job was difficult and he became easily frustrated with it, expected us to choose from only 3 color options that were not matching the desired result. In my experience Kevin does excellent work, and is professional, dependable, and communicative. I hired him to sand and screen my hardwood 1st floor and replace the carpet on the 2nd floor with engineered hardwood. I couldn't be happier with the results - the floors really look amazing. But Kevin was also great to work with - he answered all my questions patiently, gave us a fair price, was always on time, and worked quickly to help get the project done on my timeline. We.called Kevin on friday evening as not only was sanding really bad, they put on a coat of.poly.kevin came.on Monday and said he would resand.floors. we.tried calling tues.and wednesday no return call.
