They were communicative, professional, on time and thorough with their estimate. They gave different solutions to our chimney issue and explained what they would do to fix the chimney replacemnet it very clearly. Their chimney repair technicians are certified tradesmen and really seem to know what they are doing. After getting a second opinion from a lesser company, I will be proceeding with S & S Electrical Serv & Chimney's Services Ltd based on these things.

They explained everything clearly, treated my home for termites, and even pointed out some potential problem areas I never would have noticed.
