Not an A/C company you can trust :( – S&S is a truly terrible A/C company. They charged me $300 to do a warranty-covered repair on unit still under warranty that they installed. They claimed that since I didn't sign up for an annual service contract, they couldn't honor the manufacturer warranty. Ummm, where is that in the warranty paperwork? Funny thing is that the $300 repair didn't fix the problem, but simply fixing a loose wire (for free) did fix it. Yet they still charged me $300 for needless repair that should have bee... read more

Run, don't walk, away from these people – This company is dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. They made a serious mistake upon initial installation of my airconditioning unit. They wanted to charge me $1400 to repair something that did not need to be repaired when all it took was a gasket which cost less than $50. Choose another airconditioning company.

Poor workmanship, look elsewhere for you’re A/C needs – S&S Electric did a lot of new construction A/C installs during the housing boom, including my entire neighborhood. They were the perfect fit for the builders: cheap mass installs of dubious quality. Now those homeowners are feeling the pain with upstairs that won't cool and various other quality defects.
