Great people! They have always been prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Perfect example: the rubber covering was worn and coming off the tubes going to my AC unit. Called to replace it but Sandy said it wasn't necessary and that it wouldn't affect the unit. Here they could have made money off my ignorance but they did the right thing. That's why I gave them a 5.

We have been using S & S for 18 years. They have been with us for two houses. We would not go anywhere else. They show up when they say they will be there. They do what the say they are going to do, and most importantly, they do not try to over sell us!!! If we have an issue, they address it and do not try to sell us more than what we need.
